Dr. Holdgreve earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. After graduation in 1971 he joined his father’s (Dr. E. F. Holdgreve) optometric practice in Kenton, Ohio. After 29 years in Kenton he moved to Michigan. By chance he crossed paths with college friend, Dr. Michael Biddle, and was offered an opportunity to join him at Jonesville Eye Care. Dr. Holdgreve received his license to practice optometry in the state of Michigan in 2003.
Dr. Holdgreve and his wife Dolores have lived in Reading, Michigan, the past four years.
