Dr. Biddle, originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1969. Later that year he joined the practice of Dr. Louie J. Foster located on Harley Street in Jonesville, Michigan.

Dr. Biddle has lived in the Village of Jonesville since 1980 with his wife Estie and daughter Emily. Active in village government and community affairs Dr. Biddle served on the Village of Jonesville Council for 10 years - most of the time as president pro-tem. He is a member and past president of the Jonesville Rotary Club.
Professionally, Dr. Biddle, is a Diplomate of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and is a member of both the Michigan and American Optometric Associations.
